Q. What about access to my property and use of the toilet?

A. We only need access to those parts where we are working, although when necessary we will need access to water and electricity. Where necessary we will provide our staff with a portable toilet. Key holding is also covered by our insurance so your property will be safe while in our care.  More information...

Q. Can I see your references or speak to any of your previous clients?

A. Most certainly, references and previous clients will be made available to you once you have accepted the no obligation quote, prior to contract signing. This way we agree on a price then you are free to contact our past clients, when you are happy to proceed, we jointly sign a contract.  More information...

Q. How and when are payments made?

A. A payment schedule will be drawn up, agreed upon and included in the contract. VAT, at the current rate, will be shown on all estimates, quotes and invoices. In most of our contracts we allow our client to hold on to, up to, 10% of the total bill for a period of 90 days from the end of our work, thus ensuring that the client is completely satisfied before making the final payment.  More information...
